FEMALE ARRESTED FOR DRUG DRIVING

On 08/04/2026 at around 01:30 officers stopped a white Hyundai Kona on Ninian Way, Wilnecote due to their manner of driving.

A roadside drugs sipe was conducted wherein the driver tested positive for cocaine.

The 43-year-old female driver, from Tamworth, was arrested for driving a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

She has since been released under investigation.
